Who we are

Revampify is a brand operated by FishyVisions LLC, based in Massachusetts, United States. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means FishyVisions LLC. We work with clients in many places, and we run our site and store information in the United States. Wherever you are, this policy explains how we handle your information, and the sections below set out additional rights for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site.

Information you give us

When you fill out our review or contact form, we collect your name, email address, your website, any focus areas you select, and any note you choose to add. You decide what to share, and the optional fields are always optional.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how our pages perform and how visitors move through the site. This includes basic technical details such as your browser type, device, approximate location, and the pages you view. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for this, and Mixpanel to see when a proposal we send is opened and how it is viewed (this can include a session replay of the proposal page, with form inputs masked). We may add Google Analytics in the future. If and when we do, this policy will continue to cover it.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request and prepare your free review.
• To follow up about a possible project and stay in touch.
• To operate, secure, and improve our site.
• To meet our legal and record keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Our legal bases for using your information

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases to use your information:

• Steps before a contract, when you ask us to review your website, respond to your request, or discuss a possible project.
• Our legitimate interests, including responding to inquiries, running and securing our site, improving our services, and growing our business.
• Your consent, where required, such as for optional marketing communications or non-essential analytics cookies if we add them.
• Legal obligations, where we need to keep records or respond to lawful requests.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Email delivery (SendGrid), to send your review and our replies.
• Text alerts (Twilio), to notify our team when a new request comes in.
• Hosting and analytics (Vercel), to run the site and measure its performance.
• Sign in (Google), used only for our own team to access internal tools.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Revampify (a service of FishyVisions LLC) may send you text messages related to your build requests, project updates, appointment and follow-up reminders, and, where you have agreed, occasional messages about our services and offers.

Consent. We only send SMS to people who have opted in by providing their mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing anything or of submitting our form.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of your project.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP or email hello@revampify.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging providers (such as Twilio) that help us deliver the messages you have requested, and only for that purpose.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and tracking

We use limited analytics and performance tools to understand how our site is used and how it performs.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights help us measure page views, performance, device type, browser type, approximate location, and similar technical information. These tools are designed to provide aggregated or anonymized insights and do not require us to identify individual visitors.

We may use cookies or similar technologies where needed to keep the site working, measure performance, or support tools we add in the future. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning some of them off may affect how parts of the site behave.

If we add Google Analytics or other analytics tools in the future, we may update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

How long we keep information

We keep the details you submit through our forms for as long as needed to work with you and to keep a record of our communications. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you.

International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and the providers that help us run the site may process information in the United States and other countries.

If information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred internationally, we will use appropriate safeguards where required, such as provider data protection terms, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom

You may have the right to access your information, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to certain uses of it, and receive a copy in a portable format.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you are a California resident

California residents may have certain privacy rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to access or delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under California privacy law.

Children’s privacy

Our site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our site and practices change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
